Career:
I started Djing and playing in bands when I was at Millburn. Since leaving school I have worked in various parts of the music industry such as recording and playing in bands to promoting club and music events . I am still Djing and I am lucky that it takes me to many interesting places around the world from playing in New York to festivals such as Glastonbury. This has also led to slots on the Radio such as BBC and a regular residency on Brooklyn Radio . I have worked for various record labels doing A&R and have also started and ran my own independent label. As well as gigs a big part of what I do is producing and studio work , I produce ,write and release music with my partner under the name Capitol 1212 and we work with various vocalists and musicians to do that , we are lucky that sometimes our music can be heard or seen on TV or Radio 1. This has led on to producing and recording with other artists for their albums such as "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" inductees Public Enemy.

Mainly business (OIS/Business Management & Accounting) Art, French, English, Morden Studies
Career:
Went to Queen Margaret in Edinburgh and did retailing with business, wants to be a fashion buyer. Did that for a few years and moved to England and wondered why I’d ever left Scotland...so moved back did a events certificate course at Napier University, did voluntary work in events then got my first job in events...not looked back since! Lived in Australia and now the USA and plan events of up to 5,000 people from all around the world. Now we are doing them virtual due to Covid. I usually come back to Inverness once or twice a year but not this year...home is where the heart is though and I’m sure I will be back in the future when the time is right. When I was back for a year before going to the USA awaiting my green card I worked for HIE in their international business division. Was great putting on events in Inverness and highlands for all the talented people in the region. So many creatives...must be the highland air!
