School Uniform

In light of the feedback and various pressures identified by some Parents/Carers, we recognise that the removal of flexibility within our dress code is not advisable at this time and therefore the following items will form part of the dress code.

Pupils are asked to wear the following:

➢   A black or white shirt, school tie (and black school jumper if required), (school ties can now be purchased from the Millburn Office at the cost of £4) or

➢   A black or white polo-shirt with the school logo, or

➢   A black jumper or hoodie with the school logo

➢   Either a black skirt, trousers, tailored shorts or skorts (black jeans, leggings and sports shorts are not part of the dress code)

➢   Black or white footwear (shoes or trainers) can be worn

Ultimately we all want the same thing - for our young people to be safe in school and in the community. Wearing clothing which clearly identifies a young person as being a pupil of Millburn Academy is an important safety feature and we ask that all pupils, parents and carers support our dress code at all times.
