Well Done!

Congratulations to the Synchronised skating girls – Caroline Allan(S6/M3), Bethany Cameron (S3/M8), Nikki Carswell (S5/A9) and Imogen Jones (S6/F10) who have won the British Synchronised Skating Championship pluss another two awards for Most Enjoyable Performance and Team of the Year 2010. They had the highest score in the last three years!  It is a great achievement for them all, Well Done!

They will be taking part in the British Synchronised Skating Championships in Sheffield on February 18th, representing the Inverness Synchronised Skating teams. This is the top event in sport in the UK and Millburn Academy wishes them all the very best of luck.

Imogen is Vice Captain of Moray Dolphins – an important position within the club!

A Big Congratulations to the following pupils:

George Beaton (S4/G8), James Iredale (S4/M10) and Hamish Townsend (S1/R6) who have all been selected for the Scottish Hockey U-16 development Squad which is a great achievement.  

 They will have the chance to train alongside other very talented players from across the country.  They will have the chance to fight for a place in the full training squad.

Hamish Fuller (S4/M3) has been selected for the Scottish Hockey U-16 training Squad, which is also a great achievement. He will also have the chance to train alongside other very talented players from across the country.

Their achievement is a great honour for them and also for Millburn Academy.
